this is basically a sissybar backpack, but it has a ton of room. it also comes with a laptop storage pocket ,that comes in very handy to bring your laptop with you on a long trip.it will hold everything you need even has a place for sunglasses. the only drawback i see is there is no room to store a helmet,if needed. I highly recommend this addition to your sissy bar, especially if you have a passenger that needs storage options.  this also comes in handy if you have saddlebags as an extra storage location.
